Again from the beginning, dá forma a uma visão global que partilhamos acerca da ética do artista e do seu processo. Se por um lado, rejeitamos a clausura nas fórmulas e nos rótulos em detrimento de uma permanente busca e questionamento, por outro, recusamos o novo como paradigma único da criação artística. Somos adeptos da repetição, da recapitulação e da persistência.

(ENG) Again from the beginning gives form to a global vision that we share about the artistic ethics and its creative process. If, for one hand we reject the closing in forms and labels in detriment of a constant research and questionning, on the other hand, we refuse the new as the only paradigm of artistic creation. We are followers of repetition, recapitualation and persistance.

Nesta noite pretendemos partilhar com o público do Teatro Aveirense a primeira fase do nosso processo criativo. Uma fase de recapitulação/síntese dos nossos trabalhos anteriores e de génese das direcções artísticas que vão orientar o restante processo de criação até à estreia em Janeiro de 2009. O que o público irá assistir será algo em potência com a fragilidade própria das primeiras ideias, mas por outro lado, com a entrega reforçada de uma interpretação que luta pela sobrevivência no espaço cénico.

This evening, we intend to share with the public of Teatro Aveirense the first phase of Again from the beginning’s research. A stage of recapitulation/summary of our previous works; and origin of the artistic directions that will lead us through the rest of the creative process, until the premiere in January 2009. What the public will see, is something in pontency, with the usual fragility of the first ideas, but on the other hand, with the surrendering reinforced by a performance that fights for survival in the scenic space.
